EbharatMart.in’s Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction and for the satisfaction of users we have provided 15 days freemium trial to all our users for using our SaaS services.

Cancellation Policy

Services of using ebharatmart.in automatically stands cancelled after the expiry of MSME Complementary Package unless upgraded.

 

Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, they can initiate a refund request within 24 hr of payment by using the email link refund@ebharatmart.in  If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments, refund will be made to the same account after deduction of 5% statutory charges.
